Chardham Yatra: A Quest For Moksha

As you will aware of the fact that India is a land of Lord and Lordeeses and around 330 million there are! And for all the gods there is temple everywhere, but Char Dham holds the significant spot amongst all of them.

What is Char Dham Yatra?

The Char Dham Yatra refers to the four most holy pilgrimages places in India, starting from north Badrinath(Uttarakhand), Dwarka(Gujrat), Rameshwaram(Tamil Nadu),  and Jagganath(Orrisa), these are the main char Dhams which everyone wants to visit once in their lifetime! However there are 4 sacred places in Uttarakhand which also refer as the Chota Chardham yatra- Badrinath, Kedarnath, Yamunotri, Gangotri.

The Chota Chardham Yatra

The concept of this yatra came into action after the indo-china War in 1962 as Indians started investing in the roads, highways, infrastructure and development projects. The improvement of roads helps in attracting more pilgrims via road and slowly this replaces the original Char Dham yatra.

Unlike the original Char Dham Yatra which takes over a month to cover, it only takes a night to cover all these, which is the main point of attraction and devotees prefer Chota char Dham yatra. You can also go for Chardham Yatra by Helicopter 2020 if you want to! Pilgrims also take buses and taxis to travel to those shrines which is within 10-15km from the nearest point.

And make a blunder mistake because in the opening month there is so much rush and due to this there is packed road all around. After that, if you are planning to go in the month of July and august you face heavy rainfall and landslide there if you are by road, but if you are planning to go Chardham yatra by helicopter 2020 you can go! So the best time to visit the char Dham yatra by road is in the starting of July or in September when there is no rush at all.

The yatra is challenging or difficult also due to varying weather or poor road conditions that make the pilgrimages strenuous and difficult. But the varying weather is the challenging part, as in the night the temp. Drops up to 1 degree and after 4 hours or in the day the temp rises up to 40 degrees, so you have to carry more woollen clothe as well as some light fabrics also.

But, regardless of the challenging and difficult conditions millions of pilgrims came to visit the temples annually. To offer prayers they do not have any fear of anything that could be able to stop them and if you are planning to do Chardham by helicopter then you should check the Chardham yatra by helicopter fare that will vary! Choose the best Helicopter Charter Service company to do the yatra in a short period of time.
